Eagles Care is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated **Group Home Program Supervisor** to lead the setup and licensing of a new group home. This is an exciting part-time opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and youth, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in group home operations and licensing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the establishment of a new group home, including all operational and procedural setups.
- Lead the licensing process for the group home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee licensing renewal processes to maintain operational integrity and legal compliance.
- Manage child/youth placement processes to support operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, community partners, and governing bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to create a nurturing and compliant group home environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Group Home Program Supervisor.
- Educational and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child and Youth Care, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
- Crisis intervention training (e.g. CPI, TCI, NVCI etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and complete the licensing process for a group home.
- Driver's license and updated auto insurance
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative in challenging situations.
- Proven experience managing child/youth placement processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
