Job Summary:

**Duties**:

- Provide professional grooming services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Perform grooming treatments such as beard conditioning and skin treatments
- Maintain cleanliness in workstations and regularly sanitize tools and equipment
- Assist in retail sales of grooming products
- Manage front desk duties by scheduling appointments and handling client bookings
- Ensure effective communication with clients to guarantee satisfaction
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote salon services and products

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Demonstrated expertise in various grooming techniques and trends
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of proper sanitization practices for tools and work areas
- Experience in retail sales within a grooming environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with clients
- Proficiency in upselling services and products to enhance the client experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
