**Responsibilities**:

- Follow prep lists provided by the chefs to plan daily duties.
- Prepare ingredients, including washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and portioning items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and removing waste.
- Ensure all food and supplies are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a prep cook preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
