**experienced** craftsmen. This skilled craftsman would ideally have a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated well-established home improvement company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. We have over 50% repeat/referral customer base and our business is growing

**Responsibilities**

**minimum of 10 years of experience in multiple types** of home repair, maintenance and remodelling and will live in the Saskatoon area. You must have construction skills, be organized, dependable and know how to effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for an independent contractor who wants to set their own schedule and values quality workmanship. If you are experienced in several of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team:

- General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
- Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
- Kitchen Refresh / Remodel
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Tiling
- General Repairs and Maintenance Work
- Providing superior customer service and maintaining client relations with both residential and commercial clients.
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Material Management
- Writing estimates

**Requirements**:

- Must have current driver's license and valid insurance
- Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Must pass a background check
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be extremely organized
- Independent Contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp
- Must have a smart phone and access to the internet

**Please, no Project Managers, those with experience only in new construction or those who do not meet the minimum requirements.**
