**You**

You have graduated from an accredited university or college, and you have made a significant impact to the workforce. You have proven experience in commercial construction with design-build and construction management experience.

You conquer deadlines and thrive under the pressure, you are excellent at creating/building relationships, and can communicate efficiently and effectively. You have experience negotiating contracts, and always conduct your work in a professional manner.

You have mastered the understanding of all project management theories and practices. You have developed strong leadership and time management skills. You can operate Microsoft Office Project with ease and pay strong attention to details. You also have immense experience in wood-frame mid-rise buildings.

Establishing and enforcing safety and environmental programs are in line with company policy and ministry guidelines is one of your biggest concerns.
