**Position: Utility Forester**

**Description**:
This is a full-time position as a Utility Forester conducting vegetation assessments on Powerline Right-of-Ways and consulting with landowners/stakeholders/municipalities regarding the proposed work. Applicants will be required to work and travel throughout the province of Alberta.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered RPF, RPFT, UTT, UTW or ISA Certification
- Past Experience/Education in utility, environmental, arboricultural, forestry and reclamation fields an asset
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Standard First Aid with CPR required, assets include: CSTS, H2S and ATV/UTV/Snowmobile Training
- An understanding of Alberta Legal Land Descriptions
- Tree species identification
- Organized, legible writing, self-motivation, team player, positive attitude and leadership abilities

**Wage/Rate**:

- Wage is based on previous experience and qualifications
- Paid as a day rate based on a 8-10hrs/day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $280.00-$360.00 per day
