Hakim Optical is looking for an Eyewear Consultant for our Bowmanville location. If you love fashionable eye wear or fashion in general, and excel at customer service then this position is for you

You must be available to work all retail hours (including evenings and Saturdays). Must have previous Retail/Customer service experience. Must dress to impress. Full Time positions only. Opportunities for advancement. Salary plus generous commission base.

Previous optical experience is not required, but it is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be Fashion forward
- Energetic and provide outstanding client service
- Receive calls, answer customer inquires, set appointments
- Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with health professionals and patients.
- Data Entry
- Maintain the store to ensure a clean comfortable environment
- Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
- Responsible for promoting merchandise, products, services to customers
- Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectation at all time
- Provide exceptional service and care to exceed patient experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
