**Job Summary - Operations**

We are looking for an ITAD Production Associates to join our Day Shift in Brampton. A Production Associate is responsible for sorting, moving, packing, wrapping, serializing, and lifting materials in an efficient manner while respecting standards of security and safety. The Production Associate will help all warehouse departments with various needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities to maximize production output
- Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders
- Operates various pieces of equipment, such as pallet wrappers and pallet jacks
- Manually dismantles electronic materials by hand of small tools
- Uses technology to sort, scan, and prepare inventory
- Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities
- Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
- Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
- Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead

**Qualifications**:

- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset
- Technical background (computers, laptops, cellphones) an asset
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using various hand tools/ air tools/power tools
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs. regularly
