**Position Overview**:
**Duties**
- Regular residential property maintenance including, but not limited to, lawn maintenance such as grass cutting, garden bed edging, hedge trimming etc.
- Property and debris cleanups from client properties
- Snow removal during the winter
- Be willing to work on weekends

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in lawn maintenance and snow removal preferred
- Valid G Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance for site visits and services
- Personable and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail & communication skills
- Ability to work in a physical setting, outdoors and in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work individually and in a team environment.
- Must be able to problem solve and embrace challenges as they arise
- Time management skills

**Other**:

- Must consent to a Criminal Background Check
- There is an opportunity for this role to become full-time
