**Description**:
Growing Minds is a private psychology clinic in Toronto specializing in the assessment and intervention of children, adolescents and their families. We are passionate about working with individuals with neurodiverse needs, and their families, across the lifespan to optimize their developmental and mental health well-being.

**Opportunity**:
We are seeking part-time and full-time Psychologists, Psychological Associates or individuals at the post-doctoral level or in supervised practice.
- A doctoral degree in Clinical/School/Counselling Psychology with registration to practice in Ontario, or be enrolled in such a program
- Experience conducting psychological and psycho-educational assessments of social, emotional, academic, and intellectual aspects of children and adolescents
- Experience working with children with various neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., Learning Disabilities, ADHD, ASD, Intellectual Disabilities, etc.)
- Expertise in making recommendations based on the diagnosis, including appropriate programs, agencies in the community, accommodations to aid the child across settings, etc
- Excellent report writing skills to prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports.
- Knowledge and experience in providing consultation with parents, community clinicians, teachers, administrators, etc
- Experience providing evidence based individual therapy for mental health issues with children and adolescents, primarily from a CBT orientation and also families with additional modality of treatment
- Experience working with parents and providing parent coaching to assist parents with the social, emotional and behavioural challenges at home
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**The following would be considered assets**:

- Experience administering the ADOS-R or ADI-R
- Ability to offer treatment in a second language
