Oshawa, Canada Rita's Cleaning Service Full time

**Rita's Cleaning Service is a commercial cleaning company based in Oshawa, ON.**

**We are looking for Cleaning Contractors to service commercial cleaning contracts in Oshawa, Whitby, and Bowmanville.**

**Cleaners may have their own cleaning companies, but it is not a requirement.**

**Vehicles and supplies are not provided.**

**Training will be provided.**

**The contracts include offices, warehouse and light-industrial sites.**

**Shifts**:

- Flexible, between 1-7 days per week, including evening and weekends.

**Duties**:

- Cleaning interior spaces of various commercial sites, including offices, warehouses, display areas, and light-industrial facilities.
- Vacuuming and mopping floor surfaces, including carpets, hardwood, and tiles. Dusting. Emptying garbage/recycling bins. Sanitization.
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Restocking soap, paper towels.
- Carrying site keys, arming/disarming security alarms.
- Reporting to company manager.

**Requirements**:

- Criminal background check.
- Perform cleaning to the standards required by the company.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
- Valid G-Class Ontario drivers licence (or equivalent) is an asset, but not required.

Compensation:

- Flat-rate pay for cleaning contracts (varies by site and duties).
- Opportunity to bid on future cleaning contracts.
- Opportunity for additional part-time, hourly work.
- Contractors will submit monthly invoices. They will be paid every 30 days.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $1,200.00-$3,500.00 per month

- On call
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- WSIB Coverage (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Oshawa, ON (preferred)
