Job Summary

Working under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Facilities Manager essential functions are as follows:
1. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations

2. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and restoration projects. This includes obtaining quotes and overseeing the quality of work.

3. Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for ongoing projects

4. Track all company equipment with company-provided software

5. Assist with fleet service, ensuring all vehicles are properly equipped and service requirements are completed in a timely manner

6. Coordinate and facilitate inspections or audits related to facility and job site compliance, addressing any findings or recommendations.

7. Ensure all employee training is up-to-date and schedule required training sessions

8. Ensure Hudson Health & Safety policies are implemented and full adhered to all work sites, inclusive of daily (end of day) cleanliness

9. Setup in-house Hudson Restoration field staff for each scheduled day ahead (ie. Ensuring they have the appropriate equipment/material to perform the job for the day)

10. Ensure schedules for in-house Construction & Emergency staff are created with clear scopes of work for the following week

11. Perform daily updates on files on Xcelerate software.

12. Organize and maintain the condition of the rear warehouse. Coordinate shipping & receiving.

13. The ability to operate and maintain a forklift.

14. Assist Project Managers with setup of trades for particular jobs.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 3:00 pm on Friday's
- On-site locations and office when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, bending and kneeling

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years restoration experience

Valid Drivers License

Ability to pass a background check

Health and Safety Representative experience considered an asset

Remuneration : $60,000 to $70,000/per annum based on experience. Benefits and vehicle provided upon completion of probationary period.
