In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens and Home Decor.

**What We Are Looking For**

We are searching for a Claims Coordinator who is obsessed with service, creative when it comes to problem solving, goes above and beyond and takes a ‘roll up your sleeve ‘approach to get the job done. You will be responsible for providing resolutions to problems in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.

**ATTRIBUTES OF A GREAT CLAIMS COORDINATOR**
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with vendors and co-workers
- Ability to listen and understand various requests from vendors and team members
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong problem skills with a solution based approach
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Professional approach
- Ability to be flexible and reliable

**WHAT YOU DO (among Other Things) **
- Initiate claims with appropriate vendors
- Negotiate terms for Return to Vendor, refunds and/or repairs
- Co-ordinates repair process
- Facilitate and order replacement products in conjunction with the inventory team and clients
- Prepare debit notes for finance department
- Determine next steps for products put in claim
- Contact clients for status updates of claims
- Ensure all claims are addressed and fully closed out
- Organize and file applicable paper work
- Assist Customer Service department with Client pick ups
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution to all claims
- Monitor full cycle claim co-ordination process
