**REQUIRED AVAILABILITY**

You must have FULL AVAILABILITY to work Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm, with flexibility to work both day and evening shifts, or the full day.

**MAIN DUTIES**

This position requires moving back and forth between the front and back of house.
- prepare, assemble and bag food orders, including phone and online delivery orders
- cook meats on a live fire wood grill
- operate Point of Sale system; accurately enter orders and process payments
- assist in the kitchen with food preparation and light cooking using kitchen equipment such as dough sheeter, flat stove, potato peeler, mandolin, weigh scale
- dishwashing, trash removal, sweeping
- perform regular inventory checks to ensure there is sufficient quantity of food, packaging supplies, etc. at all times
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- excellent oral and written English
- cashier/Point of Sale experience
- front and back of house experience

Physically fit:

- able to walk, stand in place and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods
- able to lift, move and carry items up to 50 lbs., including up and down a flight of stairs

**Note**: Only applicants who have full flexibility to work all the required days and hours and have relevant experience in a food service setting will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
