**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of scaffolding systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembling scaffolding components.
- Ensure all scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure before use.
- Perform regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other construction team members, including masons and flooring installers, to coordinate work activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in scaffold building or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking, concrete finishing, electrical work, masonry, and flooring installation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices related to scaffold construction and general construction site operations.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks associated with scaffold building for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
