**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
- Perform tire changes and repairs, balancing services on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services offered, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of services performed on each vehicle for customer reference.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may be required to recommend additional services to customers.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
