**JOB SUMMARY**

You are a technical expert, a seasoned, motivated and versatile leader with a keen interest in online business. Our senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will help his team build a technical structure that will support all types of analysis and make a wide range of data accessible to the maximum number of self-service users.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the priorities and complete the various projects of the business intelligence department
- Be the technical expert of your department
- Integrate data from different systems and their events from all our platforms (web, mobile, retail stores, ERP, etc.)
- Be the main resource person for creating, refining and optimizing KPI's and reports for all existing Snowflake and Domo data in collaboration with users
- Act as a data architect by defining, maintaining and optimizing the data architecture to provide the necessary data sets to all departments of the company
- Democratize and promote the self-service data available
- Be a promoter and advocate of self-service visualization tools (Domo)
- Propose innovative, novel, out-of-the-box solutions
- Develop unit tests for ETL processes in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department
- Write and maintain technical documentation (relational schema, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date code versions in a GIT environment
- Write and maintain the documentation made available to users

**WHO YOU ARE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- 5 to 10 years of experience in BI development
- Be a leader with a passion for his or her field who wishes to transmit this passion to all users
- Autonomous, motivated and organized
- Bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken
- Minimum experience with managing a team of developers
- Proven experience in SQL and other programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of design, data warehousing architecture and ETL tasks
- Experience with data segmentation is an asset
- Proven experience with data lakes (Snowflake), an asset
- Experience with machine learning and/or deep learning is an asset

Vous êtes un expert technique, un leader chevronné, motivé et polyvalent avec un intérêt marqué pour le commerce en ligne. Notre Lead - Intelligence d’Affaires (BI) aidera son équipe à monter une structure technique qui saura supporter tous types d’analyses et rendre accessible un large éventail de données à maximum d’utilisateurs en libre-service.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Gérer les priorités et mener à terme les différents projets du département d’intelligence d’affaires.
- Être l’expert de son département au niveau technique.
- Intégrer les données des différents systèmes et leurs événements pour l’ensemble de nos plateformes (web, mobile, magasins de détail, ERP, etc.);
- Être la personne ressource pour créer, perfectionner et optimiser les KPI’s et rapports pour l'ensemble des données Snowflake et Domo existantes en collaboration avec les utilisateurs.
