Wireless World, an authorized Dealer for Fido, and Rogers, is seeking a full time Sales Specialist to join our Fido team at our Bower Place and Parkland Mall.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience
- Manage all issues and concerns - you are the one-stop resolution
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
- Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule (Monday - Sunday)

Experience needed:

- Proven success in a sales role, ideally within telecommunications, technology, or retail industry
- A sales professional with an ability to achieve individual sales targets
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience
- Tech savvy and eager to learn about technology and the telecom industry
- An ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast-paced retail sales role
- An initiative-taking team player
- Additional languages are an asset
