**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service. Your expertise in beauty services will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests and help promote our range of products.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver a variety of aesthetic services including facials, lasers, and body treatment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their experience.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and upselling services when appropriate.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and handling inquiries.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in aesthetic treatments.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
