**Partner Marketing Lead for Interac Debit and E-transfer**

**You’ll be responsible for**:
**Storytelling**:

- Craft the product messaging and positioning that shapes how Interac Debit and E-transfer show up in partnership with merchants, acquirers, and banks.
- Extend product narratives across the customer journey and connect with target audiences on both an emotional and rational level.

**Go-to-Market Strategic Leadership & Planning**:

- In partnership with the Product Marketing Leads for Debit and E-trasnfer, act as the strategic leader for all partnership marketing, overseeing the development of a cohesive marketing plan that aligns with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with SMEs across marketing, including brand, digital, communications, and events, to build a unified partner marketing go-to-market strategy.

**Go-to-Market Execution**:

- Lead the go-to-market plan for Interac Debit & E-transfer partner marketing with a cross-functional teams across paid, earned, and owned marketing channels to reach both consumer and business audiences.
- Lead brief development to inspire breakthrough storytelling and creative concepts, rooted in customer insights.
- Develop and lead a testing strategy to continuously improve our digital marketing approach across the customer journey.
- Guide agency partners and internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that engage retail merchants and consumers alike.
- Inject marketing innovation and a pipeline of new ideas to continuously enhance our go-to-market strategy.

**Merchant Partnership & Sales Enablement**:

- Develop strategies to strengthen partnerships with retail merchants, focusing on how Interac Debit and Etransfer enhances the customer experience, controls costs, and drives sales.
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that target increased transaction volume with priority merchants and partners.
- Advocate for the needs of merchants in marketing efforts to ensure Interac Debit continues to be a preferred payment method in retail environments.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Serve as the key marketing representative, working across product, and sales teams to align product marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional squads to ensure timely delivery of campaigns to meet outcomes.

**Customer Insights & Research**:

- Leverage market research and customer insights to identify key pain points, trends, and opportunities in both merchant and consumer segments.
- Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, develop new campaigns, and ensure that marketing strategies resonate with target audiences.
- Stay on top of competitive trends and retail market shifts to keep Interac Debit ahead in the payments ecosystem.

**Measurement & Reporting**:

- Set KPIs for partner marketing initiatives and build new tracking for performance across all campaigns and channels, in partnership with digital and analytics teams.
- Provide regular reporting and summary presentations on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using insights to inform ongoing strategy refinement.
- Ensure continuous optimization of campaigns based on data and market feedback to maximize impact.

**You bring**:

- 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within payments, financial services, or retail.
- Highly proficient digital marketer with experience across paid and owned channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing B2B and B2C go-to-market strategies, particularly in partnership with retail merchants.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience coordinating efforts across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Expertise in using customer insights and market research to drive product positioning and campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
- Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
