**DEVOIRS et RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Charger, décharger et déplacer des produits et des matériaux de façon manuelle ou à l'aide d'accessoires de manutention
- Offrir un service courtois chez nos clients
- Remplir d'autres fonctions liées à la manutention, telles que compter, peser, trier, emballer et déballer divers produits et matériaux
- Conduire un chariot élévateur
- Préparer les commandes et servir les clients qui se présentent à la succursale
- Préparer les livraisons quotidiennes
- Respecter la quantité et la qualité des produits
- Remplacer au service à la clientele
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

**EDUCATION, EXPÉRIENCE et COMPÉTENCES**
- Niveau d'études : Diplôme d'études secondaires (général) (DES) -Terminé
- Années d'expérience reliées à l'emploi : 1 à 2 années d'expérience
- Expérience dans la conduite de chariot élévateur
- Capacité de soulever le poids jusqu'à 60 lbs
- Ponctuel et assidu
- Entregent et courtoisie
- Un bon dossier de conduite et aucun dossier criminel
- Langues parlées : français
- Langues écrites : français

**SUMMARY**

The main function of this position is to ship and receive product as required. The position is also responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, preparing customer orders accurately and ensuring documentation accuracy of material received and shipped.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pick customer orders in a timely, friendly manner
- Stock shelves and arrange in a safe and organized fashion
- Unload and load shipments manually and/or with the use of lift truck
- Comply with load weight and secure load restrictions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Complete safety training as well as follow policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain a friendly rapport with customers at all times
- Responsible for verification of material shipped from warehouse
- Prepare paperwork neatly and accurately

**QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma
- Forklift License
- Ability to follow instructions
- Be willing and able to successfully complete training deemed appropriate for the position
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in French
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Good knowledge of all Health and Safety policies and procedure and understanding of safe work practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 20lbs and up
- Lift Truck experience
- WHMIS training
