Warehouse Appointment Coordinator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for clients and staff, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Warehouse experience/ logistics experience is highly preferred
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in our scheduling system.
- Follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments and reschedule as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations.
- reconciling invoices with orders
- preparing orders to be shipped the following day
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7:00am
- 2:00pm
