Homura Yakiniku is looking for passionate and dedicated team members to join our growing family We specialize in authentic Japanese BBQ and pride ourselves on delivering excellent food and warm hospitality.

**We are Homura Yakiniku Japanese BBQ Restaurant at Broadway location (201,**950 Broadway**) and we are currently hiring for both front of house and back of house positions.**Available Positions**:

- ** Server** (Front of House)
- ** Kitchen Staff** (Back of House)

**Requirements for Server**:

- Previous serving experience preferred (restaurant experience an asset).
- Intermediate level of English communication (speaking, reading, and understanding).
- Friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements for Kitchen Staff**:

- Kitchen/restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes, preparation, and safety standards.

**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling and storage.
- Support front-of-house staff by helping with customer service when needed, including taking orders or serving food.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food preparation and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and providing an excellent dining experience for guests.
