We are currently looking for a COOK to join our dynamic team at FIVE SAILS RESTAURANT, located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Our team delivers Vancouver’s only Four Diamond dining experience in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. Where the city meets the harbor, and the land meets the sea.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- FOODSAFE certification is an asset
- Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Experience as a line cook - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc.
- Likes to work as part of a team
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
