We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join the Jaguar Land Rover team - JLR Hunt Club.

The sales manager would be in charge of the pre-owned vehicles, and ensuring the following;
- Up to date on the used inventory, and works with sales team to ensure certain ones are being highlighted
- Ensures online photos and pricing is accurate and showcases the cars well.
- Know which used vehicles should be considered for wholesale
- Provides timely, accurate, and competitive pricing, while maintaining the maximum profit margin and unit sales targets
- Ensures cars are put through service department to get quotes on repairs prior to pricing them
- Ensures that vehicles are processed and reconditioned within a targeted number of days
- Works with the marketing team to develop an effective on-line presence and focuses on maximizing sales through all social media
- Maintains and enhances the used vehicle display
- Assist with sales manager functions, such as opening, closing, helping desk deals and help close sales when needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of automotive sales experience
- 1-2 years of management experience
- OMVIC license
- Luxury automotive knowledge considered an asset
