We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Support Specialist to join our team.

The Store Support Specialist supports with the creation of monthly reporting for provincial bodies, purchase orders and setups of promotions in the POS system. The role is also responsible for supporting on-going maintenance of store programs and tracking compliance. The Store Support Specialist works closely with the stores and operations.
- Monthly compliance reporting for all provincial bodies
- Support with Cova updates for acquisitions, including updating catalogue, pricing, final inventory on hands
- Creation of Purchase Orders for all inventory shipments to stores, including all cannabis and accessories
- Processing monthly inventory adjustments
- Maintenance of Product Catalogue
- Maintenance of Pricing File
- Setup promotions in POS system for all corporately run promotions & clearance programs
- Support with ongoing maintenance of programs, such as Click & Collect, Delivery, Gift Cards, etc.
- Creation of Product Card print file & maintenance of master database
- Track compliance by developing & maintaining compliance reports for distribution to Field Operations & leadership team
- Development & maintenance of SOPs to cover all store processes
- Contribute as an Ops SME on projects such as Time & Attendance, new software programs
- Participate in biweekly calls with Cova to identify POS enhancements and to be aware of Cova updates
- Support with continuous process improvements
- Support with continuous cost savings initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Communications or related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a communication, administrative or project management role required.
- Experience working in a retail environment will be considered an asset
- Ability to work with a dynamic group of individuals in many different departments and prioritize internal communications
- Innovative thinking, high attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organization and data coordination and management skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software; proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of tools
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of people on a daily basis, both in-person and over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Results driven, with ability to deliver on priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
