**Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager**

Ful-Flo is seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person who is a self-starter with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project management of current and upcoming projects; follow-up with customers on quotes
- Prepares hand-off packages for field staff, outlining project specifics and material lists
- Reviews construction drawings, attends site meetings and performs quantity take-offs
- Maintains the order entry system (Spire Accounting)
- Maintains strong customer relationships, addresses inquiries, and manages customer expectations. Occasional travel to customer sites is required
- Prepares bids and quotes
- Assists the order desk both taking customer orders as well as providing customer solutions
- Maintains relevant product knowledge of all company product lines
- Attends trade shows and preparing and performing lunch and learn seminars
- Assists with inventory management including shipping and receiving and conducting annual inventory counts

**Qualifications**:

- Design and field related knowledge in mechanical systems, system hydraulics and mechanical fittings with an understanding of construction processes
- Previous project management experience, profit tracking and industry related sales experience
- Previous customer service and sales experience including conducting presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly speak, read, and write English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team

**Technical Requirements**:

- Software: Spire Accounting, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), and Nitro PDF
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- **Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a must.** (Driving record check (abstract))
- The physical nature of the business requires that the individual be capable of lifting 75 lbs safely
- Forklift certification would be an asset
- As a COR certified company, any safety courses or designations are considered an asset.
