Housing Assistant

**Purpose**:
The Summer Student position works in a support function within the relevant department in an administrative and/or a technical capacity. It provides the student with the opportunity to develop relevant skills and experience and receive experiential on-the-job training, guidance and mentorship.
**Education**:
Must be a current student.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a front-line and/or customer service role is required. Administrative experience with strong attention to detail. Experience on operating Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience on operating office equipment (telephone, fax, photocopier, scanner). Experience with the StarRez Housing Management system is an asset.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to find and relay information in a clear, concise manner. - Ability to multi-task and meet regular deadlines.
