**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operation of cutting lines including contour cutters, foam block cutting, from set-up to cutting, labeling, packing, and clean up.
- Ensure quality of product is up to established standards.
- Various secondary work on valley cutters, saws, etc.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Leadership and teamwork skills to provide instruction to line helpers.
- Must be able to read tape measures, metric and imperial to 1/32”.
- Math proficiency including multiplication and division.
- Must be able to do heavy lifting.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a safe manner.
- Training of new employees as required.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education.
