Echo Promis Technician

Technician primarily responsible for PCNs in ECHO. Additionally, will support PROMIS lot functions including lot backup, LLP and NPID functions.
- Perform PROMIS PROD building and verification
- Maintain PCN queue and prioritize work to ensure PCNs are completed in a timely manner
- Perform lot backup, LLP and NPID functions
- Train and mentor new PROMIS superusers and requestors
- Interface with SAP team to resolve lot tracking and PO issues
- Work with CHD Superusers to continue standardization and robusting efforts for PCN process

Knowledge requirements:

- Attention to detail
- 5+ years experience in a wafer fab manufacturing environment.
- Education or experience related to the PROMIS MES system and/or VMS Operation system
- Strong track record of decision-making, and ability to prioritize competing requests
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to communicate well with Engineering Teams, Management & Associates.
- Ability to deal with multitask and be flexible with shifting priorities.

Experience with the following a strong plus:
1. Understanding of the PROMIS Hierarchy

2. PROMIS PROD Building and/or PROMIS PCN Requestor

3. PROMIS Lot Management
- New Part Id (NPID)
- Lot Level Parameter (LLP)
- PROMIS historical searching
- PROMIS (simple) scripting

Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
