**Job Title: Landscape Construction Crew Member**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with hardscape and softscape installations, including paver laying, planting, mulching, and lighting installations.
- Assist with installations of poolscapes and other outdoor living features.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed.
- Operate various landscape construction equipment, such as mini skid steer, compactor, quick-cut saws and other landscaping tools and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and organized.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the green industry is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is required..
- Comfortable operating various landscape equipment and power tools.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and a willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Landscape: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
