Fort McMurray, Canada Klorious kids Learning center Full time

Klorious Kids Childcare Center located in Downtown Fort McMurray is looking to hire experienced full-time and casual Early Childhood Educators (Levels1, 2, and 3). These positions will assume the responsibility of delivering the childcare center program and working directly with children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement childcare programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- Develop strategies for children when dealing with emotions and behaviors and work with co-workers in its implementation.
- Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisor
- Document children's learning and prepare a working portfolio
- Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members.
- Ensure children are supervised and well-mannered at all times and keep an organized file of children’s work and achievements.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the classrooms.
- Ensure the security of all children and carry out monthly fire drills.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 1, 2, or 3.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Criminal Record Check and vulnerability sector search.
- child intervention record check

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- 2 years experience working in the Childcare field.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Openness to trying new instruction methods and techniques.
- Ability to remain calm in a challenging environment.

**Salary**: $44,963.00-$56,762.17 per year
