**Role overview**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Identify innovative ideas and conduct proof of concepts.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot WebSphere MQ.
- Build MQ objects across multiple platforms.
- Build production systems and provide support through release.
- Document production support processes.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Relevant education, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Education, Technical, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Administration, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
- Desired certifications: SSL, IBM, MCSE, MCSA, MSC, ITIL, RACDCERT, AWS, SAN.
- Skills: Apache HTTP Server, Apache TomCat, DMZs, Enclaves, Firewalls, Oracle Application Server, problem and change management, web browsers etc.
- Experience: Good working knowledge of WebSphere/HTTP load balancing, WebSphere Clustering, IHS/APACHE, TomCat, and NetScaler.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a Hybrid position requiring 2 or 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. Canada.
