about this team

The Omni & Technology Analytics team supports a portfolio of guest, educator and inventory technology products across our retail stores. Advising and assisting product owners with data integration, reporting design and implementation, program sales, inventory and labour planning and ongoing in depth analyses driving program improvements and long term strategy.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Conduct Sales and Labour planning for revenue driving programs
- Drive analysis and insights for our Omni Fulfillment and Inventory programs
- Produce weekly reporting and insights to key stakeholders
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify areas of opportunity and drive the strategy of Omni and Technology use cases and experiences to engage, inspire, and connect lululemon guests
- Audit and evaluate initiatives post-implementation
- Work with a cross-functional team including Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, IT, Store Operations, FP&A and Product
- Agile in identifying and helping resolve project issues as they arise
- Ensure all data points are logged to allow data to be fully integrated in to our systems accessible for the wider business prior to deployment of new programs

qualifications
- Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university
- Three to Five years of professional work experience
- Highly proficient in Excel and experience with visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Power B.I, Tableau)
- Proficient in SQL or relational database programs
- Experience with ecomm analytics tools such as Adobe, Firebase a plus Understanding of retail and online landscape a plus
- RFID & store experience a plus
- Financial modelling experience a plus
