Food and Beverage Chef de Partie

Overview:
**$19-25 / hour**
**Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.**
You’ll also
- Ensure the smooth operation of assigned location.
- Supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of large quantities of food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications.
- Assist in the training of all kitchen associates on operation of equipment and food production.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared as per recipe.
- Be responsible for inventory management of all products prepared in the assigned location.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications:
- You
- Individuals who are enrolled in or a graduate of a Culinary Management program or equivalent experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment.
- Cake decorating experience is required.
- Experience in baking pastries.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
