**Job Summary**
- We are looking for an experienced psychologist with a speciality/focus in providing comprehensive psycho-educational assessments.
- Experience working with public and/or private schools.
- Interest in and experience providing evidenced-based therapy is an asset
- Provide comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to children, adolescents, and/or young adults, including testing
- Provide strategies to help support clients with cognitive, academic, and/or socio-emotional needs
- Follow evidence-based approaches
- Provide feedback and reports in a timely manner
- Provide education and support to a variety of different stakeholders
- Provide proof of vaccination (COVID-19 and others) unless there is an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
**Experience/Skills**
- At least two years of experience conducting assessments for children, adolescents, and/or young adults
- Strong proficiency in assessments
- Strong proficiency in diagnostics including disorders in attention, learning, and anxiety/mood.
- Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
**Qualifications**
- Ph.D. in Psychology with experience working with children and adolescents
- Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (i.e. C.Psych.) with proof of professionally liability insurance
- Declared competency in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, and/or School Psychology with children and adolescents; no restrictions on license to practice
- Membership in OPA and/or CPA preferred
