**What We Offer**

- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of trial diaper products and development materials
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of competitive diaper products
- Organize and maintain records of trial and material test data
- Prepare and inspect samples for Home Use Testing and panel studies
- Prepare and inspect samples for Sales and Marketing departments
- Communicate and report test results to Product Development and Operations teams
- Provide laboratory support to IPC operations during material / process validations
- Education Required: Currently enrolled in a Science, Engineering, or a related program.
- Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years
- Knowledge of and testing experience in a laboratory environment is an asset
