**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be physically fit, able to bend, lift and walk.
- Self-motivated and hard working.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to follow direction.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- A valid 'G' driver's licence in good standing (driver's abstract required).
- Previous experience working in commercial landscaping/snow removal an asset.
- Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED to be considered for employment. No public transportation to the office is available.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Landscape Season**:

- Mow and Trim grass
- Cultivate, Edge, and Weed Garden Beds
- Prune trees and shrubs
- Rake fallen leaves and remove debris
- General Property Maintenance

**Winter Season**:

- Monitor sites for snow/ice buildup
- Shovelling walks
- Plowing snow
- Salting

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G2 or G Driver's Licence (required)
