**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

**Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year + Tips**

**Schedule: Full Time - Most weekends between May and October**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Communication & Sales**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Provide timely and professional communication via Honeybook, Wedding Wire, and Glen Oro inboxes.
- Organize and conduct property tours for couples, their families, and vendors.
- Connect booked couples with the Wedding Planner for further coordination.
- Provide pricing, customized proposals, invoices, and recommended vendor lists to prospective clients.
- Ensure all clients understand and adhere to venue policies on alcohol, eco-retreat bookings, personal liability insurance, audio regulations, and other venue-related guidelines.

**Event Planning & Execution**
- Oversee all aspects of micro-weddings, corporate events, wellness retreats, private dinners, and other special occasions.
- Lead pre-event planning consultations, gathering all relevant details from hosts.
- Collaborate with the Wedding Planner on the coordination and execution of grand weddings.
- Be present on event days to ensure smooth execution per the client’s specifications.
- Develop detailed “day-of” event workbooks and share with couples, staff, and vendors for seamless coordination.
- Supervise setup and teardown, ensuring alignment with client specifications.

**Vendor Management**
- Liaise with vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Conduct property tours for new vendors, ensuring they are familiar with the venue’s layout and logistics.
- Maintain organized records of updated pricing, menus, and offerings from preferred vendors.
- Pre-book vendors for micro-weddings in advance and facilitate introductions with couples.

**Problem Solving & Operations**
- Anticipate and address potential event challenges, including inclement weather, scheduling conflicts, and vendor emergencies.
- Implement effective solutions to mitigate risk and uphold client satisfaction.
- Manage day-of timelines, schedules, ceremony times, check-ins, and transportation logistics.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and management on operational needs and expectations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in Hospitality or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in event management software (experience with Honeybook is an asset).
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
- French language skills are not required but are considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
