**Job Summary**:
Join Our Team as a Tax Analyst in Personal Property Tax

Are you a detail-oriented, driven individual with a passion for data analysis and keen to learn about property valuation? We’re looking for a dynamic Tax Analyst to work closely with our Senior Manager in the Personal Property Tax division. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing data, preparing critical documents, and supporting project execution that shapes key business decisions.

You’ll dive into hands-on, task-driven data gathering, contribute to high-impact projects, and hone your skills in valuation and tax analysis. If you’re eager to learn, this is a unique opportunity to expand your expertise while working in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform independent data analysis to support appeal decisions and drive project success
- Prepare essential documentation that meets jurisdiction requirements and project scope
- Ensure accuracy when filling out forms and handling key project data
- Learn property valuation concepts, anticipate next steps, and develop informed opinions from your analysis

**Key Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a business, research or data related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with strong Excel skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
