**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cabinetry Installation**:

- Install framed and frameless kitchen cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all cabinets are level, securely mounted, and aligned according to design specifications.
- **Custom Installations**:

- Install custom kitchen components, including pantries, closets, and specialty storage solutions.
- Handle various flooring installations, ensuring a flawless finish.
- **Crown Molding Installation**:

- Accurately measure and install crown molding to enhance the aesthetic appeal of kitchen and bath spaces.
- Ensure precise cutting and fitting of molding to achieve a seamless and polished look.
- **Measurements and Planning**:

- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment of all installed components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Use a range of hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- **Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge (preferred)**:

- Perform basic plumbing tasks related to kitchen installations, such as connecting sinks and fixtures.
- Assist with minor electrical work, including installing lighting fixtures.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate professionally with clients to address any questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Ensure a clean and orderly work area, respecting clients’ homes and property.

**Qualifications**:

- **More than +20 Years Installing High Quality Kitchens**:

- Strong skills in **measurements, cabinet installation, tool usage, and crown molding installation.**:

- Ability to read and understand **technical drawings and blueprints.**:

- Basic knowledge of **plumbing and electrical systems** is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid **driver’s license** and reliable transportation.
