**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional guest service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to support salon operations effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salon & Spa environments is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software for guest booking
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
