**About Our Opportunity**
We are seeking an Order Picker (Non-Forklift) to work in our Canada office in Brampton, ON. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate picking of products to fulfill customer orders, including the proper packing and sealing of parcel cartons.
*NEW STARTING WAGES
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick products using RF scanner for customer orders. Requires a minimum line-per-hour quota (to be advised at time of orientation).
- Properly repack product and seal those items in master cartons for shipment.
- Properly pick master carton case picks (includes regular case pick, WM, etc.).
- Maintain work areas in an orderly manner by assisting stockers and clean-up crew in handling empty cartons, trash, etc.
- Assist with restocking of pick areas when needed.
- A commitment to company wide quality and safety is required.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in the use of handheld RF guns required.
- Ability to communicate with management and coworkers in order to meet departmental goals.
- Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships.
- One year prior experience and/or training in the distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
