**Opportunity**:
First Truck Centre has an exciting opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Lloydminster location. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Maintain various account receivable files
- Collect outstanding balances
- Balance and enter receipts (visa/debit/mc/cash, online payments) daily and send out statements
- Adjust any inconsistencies
- Complete various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying
- Monitor customer account details for delayed payments and other irregularities
- Maintain positive customer relations.

**Skill Set**:

- Proven success in collecting payment in difficult situations while maintaining collaborative relationships with customers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and various accounting programs
- Customer service focused with strong communication skills to service and maintain customer relations including customer concerns
- Able to work independently with little supervision as well as collaborate easily with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills to determine appropriate actions to take
- Ability to appropriately handle highly sensitive and/or confidential data
- Comfortable making assertive phone calls to customers regarding overdue account payments

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in business or accounting an asset
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Previous accounting or customer service experience an asset
- Class 5 Drivers license an asset
