**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee dispatch and planning to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Lead financial planning, monthly reviews, and P&L forecasting
- Manage, mentor, and develop your team
- Support drivers and handle escalations with professionalism
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times

***What We’re Looking For**
- Previous management experience (transportation industry preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- A hands-on leader who can handle complexity and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision-making
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Open to occasional travel
