Manager, Fp&a and Internal Reporting

**_ As Manager, FP&A and Internal Reporting a typical day might include:_**

Financial Analysis
- Utilizes financial data to identify business trends and drivers of performance gap
- Prepare, update, and/or review various management level reporting and presentations, including monthly P&L commentary, operations reports, practice group profitability analysis, lender compliance package, Board presentations, annual budget, and other ad hoc requests
- Departmental and company-wide budget and forecasts
- Maintenance of Axis’ Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and normalization schedule
- Participates in various mergers and acquisitions by assisting the due diligence and integration of target acquisitions
- Ad hoc financial modeling/analysis
- Serves as technical resource for FP&A Director, CFO, Accounting Team, and Management Team

- Coach and mentor direct reports

Must haves:_**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate finance/accounting role
- Post-Secondary Degree
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA)
- Experience using the Epic broker management system, preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry
