**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a grill cook, preferably in a shawarma or Middle Eastern restaurant
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
