Premier Recycling, a fast-growing recycling and demolition company, is looking for a skilled **Equipment Operator** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and takes pride in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

**About the Role**:
As an Equipment Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating various heavy equipment, including **excavators, loaders, and other machinery**, in both our **scrap yard facility** and on **job sites**. You'll report to the Site Supervisor and be a key part of our daily operations — processing scrap metal, loading/unloading material, and supporting demolition work when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
- A **positive attitude**, team mindset, and willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks
- Ability to work in both yard and field environments (some travel to job sites required)
- **Experience with scrap metal or demolition** is a strong asset
- A **DZ or AZ license** and/or experience with **roll-off trucks** is an asset, but not required
