**Position: After-School Program Teacher**
**Age Group: Children ages 6-12**
**Location: Gold Circle Daycare, Etobicoke**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Child Pick-Up**: Greet and welcome children as they arrive from the bus, ensuring a safe and friendly transition to the after-school program.
- **Snack Time**: Prepare and provide healthy snacks, creating a relaxed atmosphere for social interaction.
- **Homework Help**: Assist children with their homework, offering guidance and support to foster a love for learning.
- **Program Planning**: Develop and implement engaging after-school activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and fun This may include arts and crafts, sports, games, and STEM projects.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Learn and adhere to government regulations regarding child care operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A fun, reliable, and energetic individual who loves working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and a passion for developing engaging activities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in child care or education is a plus, but not required
