**As a Labourer, You Will**:

- Operate/handle various construction tools
- Maintain site cleanliness, and perform general labour activities, including but not limited to shoveling in and around the belts and crusher
- Comply and enforce the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Act in accordance with Provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous work experience in the aggregate industry, an asset
- WHMIS and Surface Miner certificates would be considered an asset
- COR experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with welding would be considered an asset
- Experience operating a loader is an asset
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 25 kilograms
- Flexibility to work extended hours, and weekends when required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Demonstrate ability to gain knowledge quickly
- Capable of working independently when needed
- Ability to promote a positive and safe work environment in a physically demanding and fast paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors, in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
